I'm just moved to Utah and didn't know anyone who could help me with an issue I was having with a medical facility. Someone had highly recommended attorney Trevor Fugate at Ascent Law. He gave me a free consultation and a fair quote for a demand letter and mediation services. I was going back and forth with a medical facility about some concerns I had and was getting no where. Hiring Trevor to help me was a last resort. After Trevor contacted the facility, now they wanted to talk. Trevor mediated my case and I was pleasantly surprised about the outcome of my case. Tyler took the time to listen to me though I can not afford the retainer to get a attorney at this time, he still answered my questions and made me feel better about how to go about getting a attorney or what I can do to help with my case. He was kind, caring, and very understanding. We talked for over an hour, I would say and let me just say I have ran into many rude Law firm places calling around different people to help with a civil/criminal matter. I started my process with a smaller company called Start Fresh Utah. Ryan Simpson does business with their offices. After talking to them for a little bit, start fresh got me in contact with Ryan and the process went quickly. I was able to get everything I wanted done in a timely manner. It was also really nice to be with an attorney that you felt had your best interest in mind. He is also in no way greedy, his offices will work with you in payments and when you can get them done. I was especially amazed that he was sensitive that our whole process was around Christmas, he didn't make us start paying our first payments until after the holidays. I can’t say enough about this law firm. My first experience when calling for my first consultation I spoke with Isaac. Isaac patiently listened to my concerns, understood and validated my goals and expectations with hiring an attorney. He brought Dale Boam on the line and I had the same experience speaking with him. After several bad experiences with so many lawyers in the past it was a breath of fresh air. I knew right away this was the guy I wanted representing me. I want to give a huge shout out to the Law Office of Ryan E. Simpson. They made my bankruptcy such a smooth and easy process for me. I wanted to tell you about my experience with Ascent Law. My experience is likely different than others. I used to live in Utah and because of work and re-marriage I moved to Chicago. My ex refused to let me leave with the kids. I hired Ascent to get a change of custody. I don't really want to share all of the details but I do want to say that the attorneys at Ascent Law and the staff are very responsive and helpful. One of the attorneys even told me how to do it myself if I didn't want to hire the law firm. I thought that was nice. I reached out to Ascent after seeing a lot of very positive Google reviews. I had an upstairs neighbor whose condo leaked into mine for a long time and caused a lot of water and mold damage. The neighbor took zero accountability. After almost a year of having a torn up kitchen and bathroom, I reached out and talked initallly with Mike Loertscher who was amazing at giving general guidance. With his support we started a demand letter with the help of Attorney JD Lewis. JD was extremely helpful and transparent through the process. He coached me and guided me through all the different outcomes. After calling several lawyers as well as having a horrible experience with a lawyer who said that he was going to do something and didn't do any, I was so relived to talk to Mike on the phone.
