I'm just moved to Utah and didn't know anyone who could help me with an issue I was having with a medical facility. Someone had highly recommended attorney Trevor Fugate at Ascent Law. He gave me a free consultation and a fair quote for a demand letter and mediation services. I was going back and forth with a medical facility about some concerns I had and was getting no where. Hiring Trevor to help me was a last resort. After Trevor contacted the facility, now they wanted to talk. Trevor mediated my case and I was pleasantly surprised about the outcome of my case. I want to give a huge shout out to the Law Office of Ryan E. Simpson. They made my bankruptcy such a smooth and easy process for me. At first I was very worried that this would be such a huge undertaking and really wasn't sure if I could do it at this time. But after talking with Ryan he really helped me fully understand the process AS WELL AS treated me like gold. I truly felt like I had a great advocate on MY side, who treated me like family. I get emotional writing this review because Ascent Law gave me a fresh start with my life. Ryan Simpson handled my case with care and ease the very first moment I met him. He walked me through the entire process and stayed in constant communication with me. His office staff Tonya always scheduled me in whenever I needed to meet with Ryan.
